HOW and WHEN ORDERS ARE DISPATCHED ?
If the articles ordered are in stock, they will be normally dispatched by 2 weeks from da payment date.
If the article is a Limited Edition it will be shipped once is ready, it normally takes 1-3 months from the preorder ends. More information will be provided directly in the product info.
During holidays or vacations, it's possible that we ship every 3 weeks.
Daniele Found Miniatures is a family-based small company that manages with its few means but passion its business.
Miniatures are protected by bubble-wrap and polystyrene chips.
Depending on weight, volume, and destination, orders may be sent in cardboard envelopes or in reinforced cardboard boxes.
HOW TO PAY
You can pay directly from the site via Paypal, or by credit card.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, you can do so easily by sending an email to info@foundminiatures.com and we will give you more information on how to do it.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PACKAGE IS LOST OR DOES NOT ARRIVE AT ITS DESTINATION?
We take full responsibility for your order. If within 2 months of shipment the package has not arrived at its destination, the full amount will be refunded or a new package will be sent if possible
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PACKAGE ARRIVES BROKEN OR DAMAGED?
No problem. Please Write us at info@foundminiatures.com attaching a photo of the problem.
We will send you a replacement in 2 weeks.
